We test the notification system in our company HeskDesk.
We did run into a problem with the additional fields Custom1 ...... custom20.
Custom fields are not translated when you change the language on the page. Can it be changed , so that the language is selected, the ticket area , explained Custom1 fields .... custom20 .
Sorry for my English, but I can understand what I have a problem

AFAIK, this is not an available feature in HESK. However, a collection of modifications I created does have a "multilanguage custom field" option, which converts the names of the custom fields to language file "keys". Maybe it will work for you? http://mods-for-hesk.mkochcs.com
