Hello Klemen,
It would be great if HESK had a Calendar Icon to check how the technicians are spending their time fixing problems.
Also, Can the Last replier column be removed from admin_main.php and replaced with Assigned to?

I'm not sure if you visited the "New Feature Request" sticky or not, but you can submit feature requests by going to https://hesk.uservoice.com/forums/69851-general.
In terms of changing the columns, I'm not sure how you would go about it, however it is out the scope of general support. I would look at the print_tickets.inc.php file in the inc folder first, as that is the php file used to generate the tables. You will have to use some php code to generate the staff list, as well as converting the ID to text. Sadly, I do not know how to achieve this at time time, however, it would be a nice item to see as well.
