Hi,
As only a helpdesk administrator I don't have access to the above information, but am using the latest version of HESK.
A fantastic free script, thanks so much for creating it.
My question is - Why do my notifications appear in my inbox as plain text emails? I.e the text is all bunched together and the links do not work and it looksabitlikethisallthewaythrough?
On my managers machine however, it appears as a HTML email with the correct line breaks and clickable links.. Having to copy and paste the link isn't a major issue but it's slightly annoying.
Regards
Sean

Re: Viewing notifications
All HESK emails are sent out as plain text, it then depends on the email client on how it displays it. If the textappearslikethis then your email client most likely isn't displaying the mail correctly, try using an alternative client to read mail.
