custom field on the add reply window

Is it possible to add a custom field to the add reply.

I want to add time taken to work on reply box i.e 10 to be entered

that can then be used on the print tickets form

any ideas?

You want to add time spend on the ticket? As extra option?

yes but for it appear in the add reply section.

i.e a text box which says

time spent on this call (textbox) minutes

There's no quick fix for this, but something similar is planned for future release.
