HI,

I have a major problem that I hope someone can help me with a workaround.

I have existing tickets in the system and the person's name AND Email address have changed. Is there some way that I can change the person's name AND Email address?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Option 1:

You will need to access your MySQL database to do that. Most hosts have a script called "phpMyAdmin", then you open HESK tables with it, go to the "hesk_tickets" table and find/edit the ticket you are looking for.

Option 2:

Hold tight for a while and wait for version 2.1 to come out which will have a function for this built-in. It will be released either before August 1st or shortly after August 10th (I'm on holidays in between).
