When installing I created my database and my database user. I go through the install and when it comes time for me to enter the database and database username and password it does not like my password. It says it cannot connect to the database. If I use a blank password on my database user the install goes on. I read something about password issues with mysql Can anyone provide any help?

You should get the correct database info from your host, no one here knows it.
