assets and file attachments

Two suggestions hopefully for the future:

1. File attachements. I have a user who likes to send screen captures of issues. I would hope to train more users to do the same in the future.

2. Add a field for assets/equipment. That way when user makes a ticket, they can choose from a prepopulated list of equipment. Added benefit would be to allow for us to report on the history of a particular item (justify replacement, upgrades, etc.)

A good idea... what does the creator think about this ???

The creator reads and marks all ideas .... and hopefully he will find enough time to get them live in the future 8)
