I am trying to sign my signature. But when i sign it gives me this error

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /profile.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


This is the signature I am trying to use.

Strange one. You probably have some strange CHMOD settings for the profile.php file, try uploading that file again. Make sure it is in ASCII mode. Then CHMOD it 644 (rw-r--r--).

Something must be wrong with the permissions.

1. does profile.php have the same CHMOD settings as other PHP files?

2. have you been editing profile.php?

3. any other pages with this problem?

4. if you create a new user, does he have the same problem? If yes can you create a TEST user for me? If not can you PM me admin password?

there is no entries.txt is that the prob you think? Where do i get that?

Hesk doesn't use an entries.txt. How about the questions in my previous post?

Ok, I tried with the password you sent in the PM and I am able to view/edit your profile EXCEPT the "Dream Lynx" line in signature. I can add/delete lines, but if a line has "Dream Lynx" inside it throws an error if you put any other text in the same line.

It's really strange and I have no idea what's causing it (maybe some sort of security bot in the background?), but you should be able to view/edit your profile and signature as long as the line "Dream Lynx" has no other text in it.
