I was wondering if people who email into Hesk and CC others whether this will now be logged in the ticket and those who are CC will get ticket updates? Its the killer feature for us that has held us off from implementing HESK.

We do plan to improve this. Not sure if it will be included in 3.6.0 already, but definitely by 3.7.0.
