Hi,

I was wondering if people who email into Hesk and CC others whether this will now be logged in the ticket and those who are CC will get ticket updates? Its the killer feature for us that has held us off from implementing HESK.

It's not included in 3.6.0, no.

No problem and completely understand.

Is this scheduled for 3.7 please? We'd 100% pay for the licensing once that feature is in
