Write your message below: I have configured pop3 email but when I send emails to that ID tickets aren't getting created.
When I create ticket from desk, mails/notifications are being sent to the entered mail id.
Kindly help me on the same to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the revert I have figured it out, the corn job path which I was giving was wrong now the tickets are getting created.
