pop3 not working

HESK version
3.2.2 - HESK is up to date
PHP version : 7.3.24-3+ubuntu20.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 (MySQLi)
MySQL version : 5.7.29-32
/hesk_settings.inc.php
Exists, Writable
/attachments
Exists, Writable
/cache
Exists, Writable

Write your message below: I have configured pop3 email but when I send emails to that ID tickets aren't getting created.

When I create ticket from desk, mails/notifications are being sent to the entered mail id.

Kindly help me on the same to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the revert I have figured it out, the corn job path which I was giving was wrong now the tickets are getting created.
