Good Morning,
I am using HESK version 3.1.1
And I would like to know if when a customer responds to a call, if in the body of the email / notice if there is a way to see the customer's message without me having to open HESK to read what the customer responded. This makes it much easier.

You can edit ticket templates in Admin panel > Tools > Email templates.
Adding %%MESSAGE%% tag to a template will include the actual message in the email notification.
