Staff reply - "Submit as:" and Custom statuses

Hello and thank you for the great product.
I have a doubt about the page where a staff member replies to a ticket

At the bottom of the page there is a link "Submit as:" that opens a little window with a set of statuses.
Unluckily I can't see the custom statuses I've created (I can see them in the right sidebar, under Ticket Status).

Is this a specific choice or am I missing something?

You can change the status of a ticket in the right side column under edit and print buttons.

The "Submit as" just does two things at once: submits a reply and sets the selected status (1 click instead of 2 clicks). For custom statuses, you must currently manually set them like mentioned above. However, we will add them to the "submit as" button in the future too.
