I had a radio custom field named "Difficulty" with 3 values "basic/medium/advanced", every week the staffs will review tickets and changed that field by manually edit the ticket if necessary.

I have some php experience, anyone can share how to do it? thanks

It will be great if the staffs can batch change the custom field in the ticket list view just like change the priority.

There is no plan to add this as it would work only in very specific circumstances (like the one you use).
