Are you using the latest version? It supports up to 50 custom fields.

O_O 50?

i have 2.7.2 version.. I think that's the last one, right?
and i only see 20 custom fields.

Am I making a mistake?

Ahh
I see the table hesk_custom_fields that does have 50 ... I was referring to the custom fields that appear when you create a new ticket, there are 20 fields that you can fill out.

I do not know how I can use / bind / fill those 50 custom fields when creating tickets because they do not appear on the form.

You should be able to add more custom fields by going to Tools --> Custom Fields in the admin panel (example at http://hesk.com/demo/admin/custom_fields.php).

Are you sure you have all files from 2.7.2 and not using an old version of admin_settings.php?

As mkoch227 pointed out, in 2.7.x the custom fields interface has been moved from Settings to the Tools > Custom fields page.
