I have not installed Hesk but I need to know how to do the following before I can proceed.

How do I automatically create tickets by importing CSV with lots of data?

How can I assign the tickets created to certain users while importing the CSV?

Please help.

Hesk does not support importing tickets from CSV.

To achieve this you would need to code this functionality yourself (or hire a PHP developer for help).
