Due to computer failure, I have lost the ‘User’ and Password’ credentials that get me into the HESK Support site , and so cannot gain access to it.
How to I find my 'user' and 'password' information in my server files.
Or what do I do to find that information.

There is an article in the HESK Knowledgebase explaining exactly that: I forgot my login password

What if I have forgotten the 'user' also?

I also forgot to mention, my version of HESK is still 2.2
Re: Lost user and password to my support site
The "Step 2" file in the article will also reset the username, give it a try.
