What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Hi I install the original HEsk help desk through cpanel

then I download the Mods for hesk, unzip all data on my local pc, upload everything to overwritten the original hesk created by cpanel

but when I login

base on instruction, I need to navigator /install and click on "install/upgrade" icon...but how? through cpanel => file manager? please state in a little more detali

Go to http://<path-to-your-helpdesk>/install. Then click "No previous installation".

may be english isn't my native language, but the webpage instruction line missing "http://<path-to-your-helpdesk>" this part....

may I am wrong and misunderstand
