HESK Pop3 Fetching Odd Error

Setup Hesk POP3 Fetching, when attempting to run script I get:

Error: 2 it was not specified a valid hostname

Turned on debug mode - no details other than that. Turned off debug - same result.
Test connection works fine / no errors.

If you use a regular HESK installation without Mods for HESK, do you encounter the same issue?

Yes sir, no change with/without the installation of Mods.
I find the error output just very strange.

This error message shows when the POP3 Host ($hesk_settings['pop3_host_name']) is empty.

Make sure you enter a POP3 host and if you have, upload original HESK files.

Checked the $hesk_settings['pop3_host_name'] - exists in all locations.
Still receive same error.

The only way I can recreate this error is by leaving that setting empty.

Try this:

- create a test folder on your server (for example "hesktest")
- install a clean version of HESK inside
- give it a try
