New UI for HESK

Quick update for you all:

Everything seems just about finished, just going to be doing some testing on my personal HESK installation for some integration testing. Expect to hear more information within a week or two!

After talking with Klemen, I have decided to hold off on the release until HESK 2.5.3 has been released, which should be shortly. This way I can get HESK UI updated to v2.5.3 and then a release will happen.

The new forum started out fresh (empty) to allow Mike to organize things as he sees fit.

There are a lot of old topics outside the new sub-forum, if you have a related question simply post a new topic in the new forum.
