I'm using HESK for my company employees to put they requests and querys , So I don't want from any one to submit ticket unless he have username and password.
How can I make it private?

HESK doesn't have customer accounts. In fact, it was built specifically for the purpose NOT to use/require them.

To achieve this you can either password-protect the entire help desk with a username/password (for example using htaccess) or switch up to a system that support customer accounts.

Easiest way is to protect that folder "hesk" with username and password so only those who have "hesk" password access can login and send tickets
