So, I've been tweaking the HESK UI quite a bit, and I thought I'd like to share with everyone how the template looks so far. I've only gotten to the installation screens, but this will hopefully give you a taste for what is to come. Links do not automatically open in a new window, so I suggest opening them in new tabs manually
The template reuses much of the original HESK code, however I have added some JQuery/Bootstrap elements to give HESK a more modern, up-to-date feel. Constructive criticism is welcome

I think that looks really nice. Have you just done the installation screen? I'd like to see what the admin section and customer interface looks like when you're done. I am thinking hesk 3 might have some theme options and what not.
Got some progress done on the admin dashboard and view ticket pages. I wasn't sure how I should design the admin dashboard, so for now, it looks pretty much the same. Maybe later on I might overhaul it.

Hi mike, i am curious about which files would need to be updated on an existing 2.5.2 installation?
In the future...would you have to replace some file?
Also, would you tell us if you are going to sell this or share? If you would sell. What would you think that is going to cost?
Thanks for all you do
