Using the back-end without customers seeing front-end?

Script URL: na

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: administration

Is it possible to use this software so that tickets are created when people send emails, but the front-end isn't there? I don't want people to create "tickets" to email us, I just want our emails to be organized and sortable, etc... which the admin area does nicely it seems. Thanks.

You could by simply using the e-mail piping function, and removing the link to the helpdesk in the e-mail templates. This way, it looks like an email to them, but you're viewing it on the helpdesk admin side.
