We want the ability to share tickets between additional team members. Is this something available in either the current version or the latest upgrade? If not, how complicated would it be to make that happen - modifying the code?

I'm afraid sharing tickets between members is not something HESK currently supports.

The amount of modifications required are beyond the scope of my support. Your best bet would be to hire a PHP developer to have this added.
