Adding bold text to emails . . .

Is it possible to customize the font in the various emails sent by Hesk? I've had some support staff complain about the formatting and I thought maybe if the ticket details were in bold or italics that it might make the emails easier to read . . .

HESK emails are sent in plain text, so this is not doable unless you modify the source code to send out HTML emails (not something I support).
