Updating/Replying to Multiple Tickets

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Multiple Tickets, Replying, Bulk Update

Is it possible to reply to more than 1 ticket at anyone time. Most tickets that get raised are due to a problem affecting most if not all users so it would be easier to update all tickets instead of ones individually. Can this be done or is this a mod?

It's not something HESK supports, no. You would have to mod it.
