Hello, i would like to disable anonymos to create ticket, and i add staff and i want that staff can only see and manage ticket created by each staff.
For exemple Moderator1 can only see ticket submited by him self (Moderator1)
Anyone can help me to solve this ?

The new version (2.3) might do the trick with permission settings where you can allow staff to only view tickets assigned to them. There's a beta (test) version out at the moment:
