2nd Admin cannot save articles

Hello I have a 2nd Admin for my site and she can login but when she tries to save an article it is not saved???

Can anyone help with this, as right now I am the only one that can save anything within the knowledge base.

Try logging into the help desk with HER account and see if YOU can save an article. If yes she is either doing something wrong or a software/setting on the computer prevents her from doing it.

If not, double-check the user permissions for her account.
