i have read the txt to install
but impossible to go at the step3
i have chmod
3.Make sure the following files/folders are writable by the script:
- file hesk_settings.inc.php - on Unix (Linux) servers CHMOD this file to 666 (rw-rw-rw-)
- directory attachments - on Unix (Linux) servers CHMOD this directory to 777 (rwxrwxrwx)

but the server don't accept and i can't go at the step3

the file in your forum path doesn't exist. impossible to download this file

Are you on a Linux or Windows server?

If you are on Linux see CHMOD at the bottom of this page:
CHMOD tutorial

If you are on Windows server try this:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1406

If you are not sure or can't do this you will need to ask your hosting company to set correct file and folder permissions for you.

If you can't change your chomd contact your hosting company. All should be easily able to do it.
