Howdi folks,
With the latest version of HESK I have removed the necessary code to make the 'Customer Email' field on the ticket submission screen not be compulsory, however when I wish to add in a reference which is not in email format, it simply doesn't display in the ticket view screen.
For example...
In the email field under client 'Name' I have changed this to be the Customer Name, the original 'Name' field is now our Technician's name so that our Technicians may submit tickets like a job-log.
Could anyone point me to the right element of code to erase the email check for submitting email addresses on the 'View Ticket' area which will allow non xxx@yyy.zz format to be displayed?
Cheers
Customer email check
