The emails are not sent

Hi all ! Sorry for my english but i'm french ... :)

I have a problem with script!
No emails is sent! When I create a new ticket, or when I answer a ticket, nothing is sent! You can try to create a new ticket: Http://futurlove.com/support/ to check!
Can you help me please ? From which does the problem come?

That is usually a problem with your PHP installation, ask your hosting company if PHP mail() command is working ok.

Email not send

Hi,

I sent a ticket and can see it in the admin section. However, when i reply from admin to the sender, there is no email receive on the other end.

Pls advise if there is a problem withthe script.


P.s. can receive ticket but cannot reply. ( however, admin show email sent out )

Same Problems Here & We are a hosting company

problem is that the script is stopped working for us also. It had been sending me emails when my customers submit a ticket with no problems,

now all of a sudden i dont. Also when i post a reply to a ticket my customers are not getting an email telling them i have replied,

Dont suppose you know why this is happening do you

mine to stopped sending the e-mail, have been trying to figure out why?
