It was at ~59% when I started, I've translated a whole heap last 2 days, but there's a lot to translate and since I have to do this in between other tasks, I've not been able to complete.
I will be using Hesk for my job-/support tickets to Norwegian customers, which I came across very recently. I've been looking for a system for a long time, and this is by far the simplest to work with I've come across. It made me stop dead, the development of my own custom system, as I saw no reason to continue that
The translation I've done so far has been to get the UI mostly translated, in the testing I've been doing. I've only just installed it and started learning, but saw that Norwegian wasn't translated beyond version 3.0.0 or maybe 3.1.0, so I started doing that as I'm both bi-lingual and I have experience with coding in PHP/HTML/etc. (not that coding is very relevant or required in translating, other than it's using a PHP syntax).
