Remove attachment display on customer ticket view page

hello once again , its a new year

PROBLEM
im having a problem when trying to stop the customer ticket view from displaying attachments that admins that open the tickets upload
the admins upload files that we dont want the clients to see/ get thier hands on

i have tried commenting out the function to display the attachments in \theme\hesk3\customer\view-ticket.php but any changes in the file cause a error pertaining to licensing or breaks the page

i have tried multiple approaches but dont seem to win with getting it removed

has anyone tried this if so did you come right

Private attachments should go to ticket *Notes*, not in a reply.

Ticket notes are hidden from customers.
