Good Morning,
I cannot seem to find the workaround for this issue.
My HESK installed itself using HTTP. Now when trying to set OAUTH i directs to a HTTPS address and Microsoft entra cannot accept any url other than an https.
When i try to verify my OAUTH now i get this error due to the mismatch of HTTP/HTTPS.
Can i force HESK to run on HTTPS somehow?
"AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'http://helpdesk.bluejoysolutions.co.za/ ... viders.php' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application '7ce5f5a6-ff9d-4f90-8a7d-355ebe8ea784'. Make sure the redirect URI sent in the request matches one added to your application in the Azure portal. Navigate to https://aka.ms/redirectUriMismatchError to learn more about how to fix this."
Thanks in Advance

You will need to enable HTTPS on your server, this is not something that can be done from within Hesk.
Ask your hosting company to help you install a SSL certificate and enable HTTPS.
When ready, your should be able to open your help desk using "https". When this works, update the "Help desk URL" to the https version in admin panel > Settings > General.
