A while ago the helpdesk of westhost installed Hesk again bur they didn't add my licence key. I have a licence key but te only way to add it to the software is to buy another key.

How an where can I add my licencekey?

You can login with your license key and download the license file here:
https://www.hesk.com/license

Then, upload the generated hesk_license.php to your help desk.
