Call opening email no longer arrives

Hello, we have the free version and every time someone opened a ticket, an email would arrive to the user who opened the ticket about the status, but now it no longer arrives, has there been an update?

Hi,
Nothing has changed in Hesk (there is also no way for us to make changes to Hesk on your server; there is no "auto-update").
Your server is the one responsible for sending emails, not Hesk, so something has changed on the server.
