Hesk was working for weeks, now errors?

Hi

I have already searched for an answer for this error with no sucess.

I have hesk installed and its great, it was working fine for about a month, now today I cannot answer tickets. I can view them etc but it wont let me reply or update them.

I get these error messages -

Can't execute SQL: INSERT INTO `hesk_replies` ( `id`,`replyto`,`name`,`message`,`dt` ) VALUES ( '','351','Customer Services','Hi

AND

MySQL said:
You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'live chat' feature, for an instant response.

Any ideas guys? I have tons of tickets waiting for a reply...

Sorry guys, fixed it.

It was some text in my profile signature that was messing it up.
