Disable ticket creation for anonymous users

Post by psp82 »

Hello,

I would like to restrict Hesk usage (including a ticket creation) only to a particular amount of previously created users. But I do not see any possibility to restrict ticket creation for anonymous users.

Is it possible? Thanks.

That's not something currently possible as Hesk was specifically designed not to use customer accounts.

Due to many requests, this is being developed; I was hoping it would already be available but should be in the following months.

Please create WHMCS module. So we can replace WHMCS default support to Hesk. It will add more benefits to many of us.

Unfortunately we don't have any plans to develop Hesk as a WHMCS module.
