Cannot login after installing Hesk by Installatron

Hi

I installed Hesk through cPanel and Installatron but cannot access the backend, I tried setting a easy admin name with easy password but still couldn't login. Is this a know problem?

That's a question best addressed to Installatron support so they can troubleshoot and fix their installation script:

I am unsure how their service works in detail and can only provide support for Hesk installed using the official download and installation files.
