There is no built-in way to add a new custom quick link to Hesk.

You will have to manually edit the code to add the link, for example, by adding the proper HTML into the <div class="filters__listing"> part of /inc/ticket_list.inc.php

I'm afraid there is no quick and easy way to do that, and not something I can show.

You will need someone to study the quick links code and modify it to fit your needs (a PHP developer).
