Admin approve links?

I'm using your links manager on a gambling related site. At the top of the form where Webmasters add their links/s it clearly states that only gambling related sites are accepted.

Still I'm getting hounded by retards adding non gambling links. Ok so it's just a matter of a login in to the admin area and delete the links. But after doing this sometimes up to 30 times a day it becomes a pain in the ass.

Is there someway I can add these links by approval only?

Is there a mod for this purpose, or is another solution, thanks

Nope, you are free to modify the code as long as all the existing headers, comments and links to phpjunkyard remain intact.
