Link in the email that sends directly to the first unread message

How to put an anchor in the link contained in the email, ideally this link will lead to the last unread message, useful if the page is very long and you have chosen to display new messages last. Ex: http://www.example.com/hesk/DDD-DDD-DDD&view=unread (like on a phpBB forum)

If it doesn't exist, it would be a good way to improve hesk

There's no such link for now. However, you can edit email templates to include the actual message in the email so they don't have to visit the site to read it (add %%MESSAGE%% tag to the template in Hesk > Tools > Email templates):
