Does HESK have an API?

Hi,

I've been using HESK successfully for a couple of years now, and I'd like to integrate it more tightly into my applications.

Does HESK have a public API, or is there one due to arrive soon?

Unfortunately, no, we don't have an API available.

It is planned, but we haven't started working on it yet due to other priorities.
