new reply by staff without details

Hello,

Anyone know a solution to include staff reply in the email notification to customers? I can't seem to find a way for this.

You will need to edit email templates in Admin > Tools > Email templates

The %%MESSAGE%% tag in the email template will be replaced by the last message.
