I have no idea what is happening, it's not something I've seen before, and I know many people who went through the OAuth process.
I would make 100% sure all the data is in the right place and that instructions at https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=110 are followed precisely.
Also, you should have original unmodified Hesk files.
Try to process the OAuth registration in a private browser window.
