Help desk title not updating

Only a small issue, I ran the update from the previous version to 3.3.1. The only thing that is strange, I cannot change the Title from "Help Desk" the hesk_settings.inc.php shows the correct Title that I changed it to a while back but it does not show on the website. Am I missing something?

I host with Siteground, I have refreshed the cache and changed the permission to 755 on hesk_settings.inc.php to see if that would help, but to no avail.

Where exactly is the "Help desk" shown?

Are you referring to the "Help desk" in the left menu inside Hesk admin panel? If yes, that one can be changed using a custom-text.php file:
