Hi,
What news can we expect in version 3.3.0? Is the approximate release date already known?

One more question that is common here

I would suggest adding a customer database module to this.
This would make it possible to store customer-related data and create / track tickets on a client basis. Although only as an option.

Is it planned to add to a newer version?

3.3.0 beta (test version) has been released now, see this thread for details:

Hesk does not have a customer management module available. Actually, this was one of the design goals - customers are fed up having to register at every website they visit so Hesk was designed specifically not to require or use customer accounts.

We may add a customer module as an option in the future, but I don't have any timeframe I can give when/if this will be available.
