Hi.

Is it possible to use a WYSIWYG text editor on the client side?
For example, they wants to insert some kind of table or text formatting into the ticket

WYSIWYG is not supported on the client side for security reasons.

We will probably add one in the future, but only with limited option.

Hello Klemen,

Any idea when this is going to happen?

I'm showing HESK to my new employer to see if they want me to implement it at their company, but one of the things they want is WYSIWYG when sending tickets, they deal with graphics so they like to see that kind of stuff.

Thank you and Kudos for such an excellent product.

Unfortunately I don't have any timeline I can share. We have a very dynamic development schedule as we work on Hesk in our free time, so it all depends on how the stars align
