Settings slow / Update check fails / hesk.com wont let me connect

First I noticed that the settings pages where slow to load and also the update check fails. I found out that it is hesk.com won't answer me.

I have ruled out that something local is stopping the traffic, and had the internet provider looking into it also and they found out that traffic is stopped just short of the server in USA. So I shoud contact the owner of the website.

I have found two internet providers here in Denmark, where traffic does not reach your website and they both use Global Connect as backbone, so does your provider block them?

I have disabled update checks in HESK, so the settings pages now is usable. But updating is a pain.

Please send me your server's IP address (or your Hesk URL address if it's a public server) in a PM and I will have a look if we have it blocked somewhere.
